For the most satisfaction and efficiency we ask toys be picked up as well as anything fragile. We also ask that you find a place for pets for their comfort and making the process more efficient for you and our cleaners.
If you need to cancel or reschedule no worries we understand that things may come up. However we must be notified at least 2 days before the cleaning. If notified the day of the scheduled cleaning we will have to charge you a fee of 30$.
